We strive for your complete satisfaction. Our exchange policy allows you to exchange your jewelry for EITHER, store credit or a different jewelry piece. Having proved the purchase with a receipt, and the jeweler having determined that the jewelry is in an exchangeable state. Our clients can use the store credit indefinitely. How does the layaway process work?
To start a layaway plan, simply pay the initial 20% down payment, and our team will secure your selected item. You can then make monthly payments over the agreed 8 to 10-month period, with no interest added.
